Add ice into your large tin
In your small tin add 2 oz Gin
In your small tin add 1 oz of your Rosemary Simple Syrup
In your small tin add 1 oz of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Add ice to the brim in your Stemless Wine Glass
Clasp your tins together and form a good seal. Shake for about 10-15 seconds
Break the seal on your tins and use your Hawthorne Strainer to strain the contents of the tin into your Stemless wine Glass, this should fill the glass a little more than halfway
Fill the remainder of the glass with your Fever Tree Sparkling Grapefruit
Take a nice piece of fresh Rosemary and give it a good SLAP in-between your hands to release oils and beautiful aromas.
Stick the piece of fresh Rosemary inside the top of your cocktail to the side as your garnish
