Take three cut pieces of your Roasted Jalapeño and drop them into your small tin (Instructions on roasting jalapeño in Blog Post)
Take your Muddler and push down on your Jalapeño pieces making them into a mash
In your small tin add 2 oz of Blanco Tequila
In your small tin add ¾ oz of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
In your small tin add ¼ oz of Agave Nectar
In your small tin add ½ oz Dry Curaçao
Rim your Glassware with a lime wedge and press down onto your pre made plates of Tajin and Salt (Instructions in Blog Post)
Fill glassware to the brim with ice
In large tin add about 6 pieces of ice
Combine tins, make a good seal, and vigorously shake for 15-20 seconds
Break seal and use your Hawthorne Strainer to empty contents into your glassware
If you do not want any seeds or Jalapeño pieces entering drink, double strain with a fine cocktail strainer
Garnish with a THIN lime wheel resting on top of drink and extra pieces of roasted Jalapeño's sprinkled on top of cocktail
