Equipment

  • 1 Shaker
  • 1 Bar Jigger
  • 1 Cocktail Glass of Choice

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Fresh Passion Fruit If passion fruit can not be found, use 1 oz Giffard Passion Fruit Liqueur
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • Fill Sparkling Grapefruit Juice

Instructions

  • In shaker add all ingredients except the Sparkling Grapefruit Juice
  • Add ice
  • Seal shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
  • Strain cocktail into glassware over fresh ice
  • Fill remainder of glass with Sparkling Grapefruit Juice
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel
  • Enjoy!
