Equipment

  • 1 Citrus Juicer
  • 1 Boston Shaker
  • 1 Bar Jigger
  • 1 Hawthorne Strainer
  • 1 Fine Mesh Cocktail Strainer
  • 1 Y Peeler Garnish
  • 1 Coupe Glass

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz 21 Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • ¼ oz Cointreau
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup

Instructions

  • Have your coupe glass chilling in the freeze 15-30 mins prior to making cocktail
  • In small tin add all ingredients
  • In large tin add ice
  • Remove coupe glass from the freezer
  • Combine tins, form a seal, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
  • Break seal and double strain cocktail into chilled coupe
  • Express lemon peel over top of cocktail and around the entire rim
  • Garnish cocktail with a lemon twist
  • Enjoy!!!
