This is a beautifully fresh and flavorful cocktail based on the Zodiac Sign Pisces! Going for the taste of fresh rain and the scent that reminds me of the word Petrichor, we have a beautiful gin based cocktail! Cheers!

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Glass
  • 1 Bar spoon
  • 1 Julep Strainer
  • 1 Jigger
  • 1 Dropper Bottle
  • 1 Atomizer
  • 1 Wine Glass

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Gin
  • ½ oz Italicus
  • ½ oz Chareau
  • Top with Club Soda
  • Top 5-10 Droplets of Arugula Oil Instructions in Post
  • Spray 2-3 Spritzes of Chareau Instructions in Post
  • Garnish with Edible Flowers Optional

Instructions

  • In mixing glass add Gin, Italicus, and Chareau
  • Stir cocktail for about 30-40 seconds until nicely chilled
  • Strain cocktail with Julep Strainer into wine glass with fresh ice
  • Fill the remainder of glass with Club Soda
  • Delicately drop Fresh Arugula Oil over top of cocktail
  • Garnish Cocktail with a spray of Chareau and Fresh Edible Flowers
  • Enjoy!
