Have your collins glass chilling in the fridge for 15-30 minutes prior to making cocktail
In small tin add 1 large leaf of basil and simple syrup
Muddle the leaf lightly in the syrup
Add gin, fresh lemon juice, fresh watermelon juice, and cucumber bitters into the small tin
In large tin add ice
Combine tins, form a seal, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds
In chilled glass add cucumber ribbon garnish spiraling around inside of glass
Add ice into glass, that will hold the cucumber ribbon in place
Break seal on tins, and strain into chilled glassware
Top off the cocktail with a splash of Club Soda
Optionally Garnish with a slice of fresh watermelon resting on top of cocktail
