Have your Coupe Glass chilling in the freezer for about 15 minutes before your start preparing your Daiquiri
When your Glass is nice and chilled, put about 6 pieces of ice into your large tin
In your small tin add 2 oz of White Rum of Choice
In your small tin add ¾ oz of Fresh Lime Juice
In your small tin add ½ oz of Fresh Grapefruit Juice
In your small tin add ¼ oz of Simple Syrup
In your small tin add ¼ oz of Maraschino Liqueur
Pour the contents of the small tin into your large tin and form a seal
Shake your cocktail vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Break your seal and grab your Hawthorne Strainer and your Fine Cocktail Strainer
Pour out the contents of your Cocktail through your Hawthorne Strainer and through your Fine Cocktail Strainer performing a double strain
Garnish your Cocktail with a lime wheel and ENJOY!!!
