Equipment

  • 1 Boston Shaker
  • 1 Bar Jigger
  • 1 Hawthorne Strainer
  • 1 Fine Mesh Cocktail Strainer
  • 1 Citrus Juicer
  • 1 Bar Muddler
  • 1 Coupe Glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 5 slices Cucumber
  • 6 leaves Mint
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt Optional

Instructions

  • Have your coupe glass chilling in the freezer 15-30 minutes prior to making cocktail
  • Cut up 5 slices of cucumber and pick 6 leaves of mint
  • In small tin add mint and cucumber, make sure to put mint in first and then cucumber on top
  • *Optional* Add a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt into small tin
  • Muddle cucumber and mint, add simple syrup, and muddle again
  • Add gin and fresh lime juice into small tin
  • In large tin add ice
  • Combine tins, form a seal, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
  • Remove chilled coupe from freezer
  • Break seal on tins and double strain into chilled coupe
  • Garnish with a fresh cucumber slice
  • Enjoy!
