Equipment

  • 1 Shaker
  • 1 Jigger
  • 1 Fine Mesh Strainer
  • 1 Citrus Juicer
  • 1 Blender For Blueberries
  • 1 Sling Glass
  • 1 Immersion Blender Optional For Foam

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Vodka
  • 1 ½ oz Blended Blueberries
  • 1 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup Instructions in Post
  • ½ oz Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Top with Prosecco
  • Garnish Blueberry Prosecco Foam Instructions in Post

Instructions

  • In your shaker add all ingredients except the Prosecco
  • Seal shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds
  • Double strain cocktail over Sling Glass filled with crushed ice
  • Fill remainder of glass with Prosecco
  • Lightly layer Blueberry Prosecco Foam on top of cocktail using Julep Strainer
